“I have always struggled with sitting still and being patient. Trusting the process makes my skin crawl on some days. Fluid art/acrylic pouring has been a great technique for me to combine some of my favorite things in a relatively quick way – colors and nature (dry time not included).”

“Asiya has mastered various mediums and genres in traditional and digital mediums, including, realism, anime, and comics. Asiya worked as a storyboard artist for several Hollywood cinema projects including feature films. Her drawings were used to create an animated film “Uncertainty” for the Elephant Tribe, a non-profit organization in Los Angeles, California.”

“The purpose of this exhibition is both to encourage and inspire my audience to pause and consider the image and verse displayed. This exhibit is welcome to all, whether you ascribe to Christian thought and practice, or are simply seeking truth in unexpected avenues of life. The exhibit will include photos of nature’s beauty from my recent travels to Alaska, the Redwood National Forest, the Smokey Mountains, as well as compilations from local places surrounding Mt. Sterling and beyond.”
