PEOPLE

I have been fascinated by people on so many different levels. Have you ever looked at the people around you? In the workplace, subway, store, or parks...how different and similar are we? Each and every person has their own characteristics, developed over a lifetime and written over our faces.

In my art I like to see how special people are, each person is a life story. People’s lives are interesting and make us so exceptional and beautiful.

Asiya Morris was born in Astana, Kazakhstan.  She discovered her passion for art at four years old when she redrew the entire book “The Emperor and Nightingale.” During her elementary, middle, and high school years, Asiya participated in and won numerous Artists' Competitions between schools and towns.
