Gallery Reception and Award Ceremony: Friday, March 27th, 5:30-8pm
An evening of art and celebration featuring incredible artwork from talented student artists across Kentucky. The Awards Ceremony will take place at 6:30 PM as we recognize this year’s standout artists and celebrate their creativity. The evening will also include a special announcement about next year’s show, complimentary appetizers, soda and popcorn available for purchase, and face painting. Delivery
Artwork must be hand-delivered to GRAC staff at:
101 East Main Street, Mt. Sterling, KY 40353Deadline: March 21, 2026, by 2:00 PM
Late submissions will not be accepted.
Mailed artwork must also arrive by March 21, 2026, before 2:00 PM.
GRAC cannot return mailed pieces—all artwork must be picked up in person.
Pick-Up
Pick-up begins March 27, 2026, after the gallery reception.
Artwork remains on display until April 24, 2026.
All artwork must be picked up by May 9, 2026, by 2:00 PM.
Pieces left after this date become the property of GRAC.
All work must be checked out with a GRAC staff member.
Teachers: please notify your students if you pick up their work.

Grade Bands: K–2, 3–5, 6–8, 9–12
Prizes (per grade band):
1st Place: $100
2nd Place: $75
3rd Place: $50
A total of 12 cash prizes will be awarded
Judging Process
Artwork is assigned a number at check-in
Judges score by number only, not by student name to ensure unbiased judging
Evaluated by a panel of three judges from diverse backgrounds across Kentucky
Student score sheets will not be released
